How do I post an ad?
- First, you need to register a company profile. Open the app and click "profile" and you will be prompted to log or register as either Company or Listener, select Company. After signing up, click the yellow plus sign in the lower right and follow the instructions.
My exact profession doesn't exist, why?
- To make it easier for users to find the right services, we've chosen to limit the number of elective categories. Feel free to contact us about which category you are missing and we will take a closer look at whether it should be added. If you can't find your particular category, you can always choose "Other".
I can't find the city where my vacancy is?
- At present we have limited Jobcast to the Stockholm area but you can always choose "Other". Contact us and tell us in which city your particular service is available and we will review the possibilities to add it.
What does the process of posting a job ad look like?
- After you add a job ad, you'll find it under the menu "My Ads and "In Progress." Within about 48 hours, the ad will be recorded, after which we will publish the ad as a section. You can find your published sections under "Active".
What is the price of a job section?
- The price for an episode is SEK 4,995 ex VAT. If you already know that you will be posting more job ads, you can buy a lot of credits and thus come down in price per ad.
How long is a section active?
- A section is active for 60 days, but you can take it down before if the service is filled before then. To do this, go to the ad and select "archive."
Can I extend an ad?
- Yes, you can extend an ad for another 60 days for 1,995 SEK ex VAT.
Do I get any statistics on my ad?
- Statistics are fun. You are always welcome to contact hello@jobcastapp.com we will assist you with what is available.
How do I add a supplemental image to my job ad?
- We always use the company image you upload to your profile. If for some reason you want to use a different picture, get in touch with us at hello@jobcastapp.com and we will fix it.
I never received an order confirmation
- Contact us and we will make sure to resubmit an order confirmation. You will always receive an invoice by e-mail so if you have no need for an order confirmation, we encourage you to wait up to 48h for your invoice.
I understand that the section you published does not match the ad
- At Jobcast, we always work on creating episodes that we know create engagement. We are experts in this and always try to give as fair and descriptive a picture as possible of your particular service. If you feel that there are direct factual errors, please contact us at hello@jobcastapp.com
I forgot my password, how do I do it?
- Go to "Profile" and select "Settings". Here you can reset your password.
My episode has been up for weeks and I have not yet received any applications
- I'm sorry to hear that. At Jobcast, a candidate can apply for the position in two ways:
1. Send an audio greeting directly through the app
2. Apply via your career page*
*Unfortunately, we cannot know if a candidate has applied through your career page but we can guarantee that many people have listened to your episode and got their ears up for your particular position.
